Information you give us as a patient during care is also protected by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide at your first visit.

Health information
Clinical records created in the course of your care — intake forms, treatment records, clinical photographs, and payment records tied to treatment — are protected health information and are handled under HIPAA and applicable Alabama law. We do not sell protected health information, and we do not use it for advertising. Information you submit through this website before becoming a patient (for example, a general contact form) is treated as confidential business information rather than a clinical record.

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about appointments and, with your consent, about promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link at the bottom of any newsletter. Opting out of marketing does not stop appointment and care-related messages.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send clinical details or sensitive information through unencrypted email or social media.
How long we keep it
We keep medical records for the period required by Alabama law and our professional obligations. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Website analytics data is retained on the schedule set by the analytics provider.
